Thanks to the huge containers for storage and additional fermentation of LIVE beer, the restaurant becomes part of the brewery. The feeling of trying a real LIVE, unpasteurized and without stabilizers beer has so far been a privilege only for brewers. At Ale House, this can be done by any customer, connoisseur and admirer of amber liquid.
The name AleHouse literally translates as a pub, but we can safely call it home to live beer - even exemplary, if we evaluate the atmosphere and furniture of solid dark wood and leather.
Beer is served in most restaurants, but everywhere we wait for the bartender or waiter to serve it to us. Not in Ale House, where we have implemented a unique system, not used so far in the Bulgarian lands - from huge vessels for fermentation (you will see them immediately upon entering) LIVE beer circulates through pipes throughout the restaurant and flows with a tap directly into your glass and a counter measures how much you have poured. The tables equipped with such an individual faucet are as many as 20, so you will be able to fill your glass yourself. If, however, this does not tempt you and you are not very fond of beer, in AleHouse we are well prepared to offer you whiskey - the list includes over 30 types, aged, malted and others to your taste.
The menu of Ale House is varied and very tasty, and of course, appetizers and dishes that go with beer are respected. Thanks to the excellent chefs, AleHouse's kitchen is known for its tender shanks, sausages, fries according to various recipes, including homemade chips, wings and even game. At AleHouse you can always count on fresh deer and wild boar meat. Recently in the brewery you can try several exclusive dishes of salmon and fresh fish according to the season. Beef dishes prepared according to a special recipe are among the favorites of our customers and you must try them.
