From our colorful Main Menu you can try a variety of recipes from Asian, Indian, Moroccan, South American and Bulgarian traditional cuisine. Part of the abundance of components of the dishes are real home-made. An example of this is our original tomato sauce. It is prepared from carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, cooked for several hours on low heat. Our original parsley pesto with sunflower seeds, garlic, lemon and salt, in a hug with olive oil. From the East we have taken the refined (boiled) cow's oil "Ghee", which is better digestible and suitable for heat treatment, compared to its usual prototype. It has an amber color and a light, sweet aroma of walnuts. Tempe and tofu are an integral part of our authentic temptations. They are my food and contain many healthy ingredients. All soy fibers are preserved in the tempo, and the enzymes that have been formed during fermentation improve digestion. Tofu, on the other hand, is the main vegan substitute for cheese in the dishes that contain it, resembling it in appearance and texture, and the rice we make with is Basmati and is steamed.
