Fresh pasta - start from scratch!
The idea of a place like Fresh Pasta was born spontaneously and jokingly. In fact, we have always liked Italian cuisine and everything related to Italy: the state, food, football, people and most of all pasta! Maybe we should mention that Fresh Pasta is our first restaurant and to some extent the lack of experience actually helped us a lot. We certainly struggle with many challenges every day, but all of us on the team are united by the idea of a pleasant place with delicious home-cooked food. Maybe this is the secret of our success!
This is how the idea was born ... It turned out to be quite difficult to find fresh pasta, such as to cook at home, to bring the taste and aroma of home-cooked food and to make it somehow warmer and more cozy while eating it. . And in this line of thinking we talked about why not make such a place where there is home-made fresh pasta at a reasonable price?
As for the place itself, this was one of the most serious challenges for our team. We chose Opalchenska 13, but you may not know that before Fresh Pasta, this place was not suitable for a restaurant, or for a place at all. There was no water there, and electricity was also a big problem. We repaired everything all by ourselves for 5 months. We constantly worked on the concept of the restaurant, the interior and every, every little detail you can think of. And like any new endeavor, the name is the most difficult to choose, so we chose a name that says everything you need "Fresh pasta". So the place you see at the moment has become not only a great restaurant, but also our home, because our team is actually our family - literally :)
We weren't quite sure if this particular concept would be successful. We were sure of only one thing - fresh pasta is extremely tasty, even if consumed only with olive oil. So once you try it, you can't help but like it. That's exactly what happened! To date, we enjoy many regular and satisfied customers, for which of course we are infinitely grateful.
And to maintain your trust, we will only say that in our restaurant we stick to the real products. None of the staff knows powdered products such as eggs, milk, etc. We cook according to old classic recipes from the time of our grandmothers. We only offer fresh food and this will certainly affect the taste of your plate.
What's next? Our direction is to establish ourselves. Soon fresh pasta will enjoy customers in other cities.
