With healthy meals in our restaurant we aim to give our customers the opportunity to experience the pleasure of properly prepared dishes. They are from the right products according to the requirements of the separate diet - we avoid the mixing of carbohydrates with proteins. We use machines and equipment manufactured in Germany, working on the principle of slow cooking - sous-vide appliances, slow-cooking ovens and convection ovens. We strive to use as many products as possible in our region, and those we can not provide here are looking for other ecological areas.
The food is prepared in small quantities, which enables our customers to choose from different food groups. The presence of fish, poultry, meat and vegetables ensures diversity and a right mix for everyone, depending on their health. Our strive is for a close relationship between price and quality.
We prepare dishes based on traditional recipes, which are preferred by another group of our customers. Their preparation is also done with the products for healthy food. The control of the technology is carried out by the owner of the restaurant Krassimir Stamboliiski, who also offers different author's recipes, resulting from years of experience in the restaurant industry. The purpose of healthy food in our restaurant is to give our guests the chance to experience the right food according to the requirements of healthy eating.
