Quality

We are fully responsible for the customer to always receive fresh fish, fresh vegetables, first-class Japanese rice and great service.

Philosophy

Wisdom comes from being careful in the company of wise people. Love comes from always striving for the good of others and putting others before you. Courage develops after you show determination and go through every barrier without complying with the barriers.

Balance

We are looking for constant harmony between a balanced, healthy diet and perfect communication with our customers.

ABOUT US

The word - Yoko is used in ancient Japanese martial arts and means an action done with a lot of inner strength and energy.

The name of the company is borrowed from its founders, Joanna - YO and Kaloyan - KO,

With many years of experience in the industry, Joanna and Kaloyan decide to direct their love for the profession and the energy they invest in their work, to their own business and thus implement the Yoko Sushi project, with a lot of passion, diligence, inner strength and energy.

Their goal is to show people the benefits of "real" food - both healthy and dietary, and last but not least, prepared with great diligence and professionalism.

It is important for them that every customer who has voted for them receives not just well-prepared food, but an experience, so they create their own concept - Yoko Art. The two owners work daily in their business, which is a way of life for them. They keep a close relationship with their customers and enjoy their satisfied smiles.

Making sushi is not a business, it's a culture, says Joanna. "We carefully select the products we work with and rely on the highest quality. We have clients with small children and we would not allow ourselves to compromise on quality. "

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.
