Honest, as in the ingredients we use. As in we’re baking our own brioche buns, every night. As in getting only free-range, grass-fed Limousin fresh ground beef delivered every day. As in we’re hand-cutting the potatoes, every morning. Hand-picking our vegetables, daily. Mixing our sauces & spices.
And we do beers. No, really - we brew our very own dry-hopped pale ale. We brew it in a way to stand out on its own, but, also, to complement & make our burgers even better.
Which has been our hustle since 2013 - to be better, day in, day out. So even if you get sick of us, for whatever reason, and walk into another shop to remember why you had been coming to Skapto in the first place. And come back again <3
